iKapa Foundation was founded in 2007 as a Non-Profit Organisation by Theo Ndindwa and Tanya Arshamian.

iKapa is committed to job creation within the communities in which it is active, and especially for individuals from previously disadvantaged backgrounds across South Africa. iKapa prides itself on its focus of integration between cultures and social backgrounds through providing a platform for high-quality training, job creation and artistic productions for beneficiaries from all demographics of the country.

The iKapa team is made up of members from different professional and social backgrounds; iKapa is proud of the diversity of its dancers and teachers and actively strives to provide opportunities and skills training to members of the disadvantaged communities it serves.
GOVERNANCE
iKapa Foundation enjoys the support and guidance of an Executive Committee, made up of a diverse and skilled group of business and arts professionals. The eclectic group of board members has skills, experience and talents to inform best practice in executive decisions. Working to democratic processes, the board is responsible for the actions taken by iKapa.
